Sync Macbook With Ps3
sync macbook with ps3
How do I get my iPod music into my iTunes library on a Macbook?
I’m not exactly sure what happened with my iPod, but it won’t charge, overheats when it does. But I FINALLY got it to sync up with iTunes, but that’s the ONLY place where I can listen to my iPod music. I do want to send it in and stuff (this is third gen btw) but I know I’ll most likely just get a new one back, so I wanted to get some certain songs onto my computer for the next one. Also, I have 1 other question, is it better to leave my Macbook on sleep during the night or just turn it off? That’s a bonus question, if you can answer both of those and give a reason why it’s better, I’ll mark your answer as best (hopefully I left enough info, Mac OS X, iPod Nano- 3rd Gen, iTunes 9.0.2). Gonna go play my PS3 now, ta ta!
so many questions, where to begin? LOL
1. re iPOD charging… have you tried other chargers? like a wall charger? a car charger? it might be just your USB cable thats dead, that you can easily replace that.
2. synching: so just to clarify… you want to get your music from ipod to itunes? synching is easiest, as long as your ipod is more complete than computer. i had been doing manual sync each time (so that i can delete stuff on my macbook to free up space) but problem is, once i delete from comp, it is stuck in ipod.
**if you want to get certain songs only from ipod to itunes and not do a full synch, there is freeware/shareware and paid apps you can get to RIP these certain songs without synching.
3. macbook… it is better to turn it off, of course. its kind of like the whole principle of rebooting/restarting… it refreshes your memory etc etc . i notice that when i leave mine on overnight, it slows down, so i need to restart it anyway. just save electricity, and rest the macbook’s hardware.
